If driving, there is limited metered parking on Greenwich and side streets. The Chambers Street subway stop (1/2/3 lines) is a 4-5 minute walk, the PATH World Trade Center stop is 6-7 minutes, and Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall (4/5/6/J/Z) is 10-12 minutes.
